These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of YourSchoolSite by Emmple ("YourSchoolSite" or "YSS"), provided by Wisflux Private Limited ("Wisflux", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using YSS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use YSS.

Branding: YourSchoolSite is a product under the Emmple brand by Wisflux. You may see "YourSchoolSite by Emmple", "Emmple YourSchoolSite", or "Powered by Emmple" — these refer to the same Service.
YourSchoolSite provides modern, secure, mobile‑first websites for schools, with admissions forms, news, galleries, notices, and alerts. These Terms apply globally. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a school or organization (a "School"), you represent that you have authority to bind that School. If you have executed an Order Form or Agreement with Wisflux, that agreement prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
School Admins control roles/permissions and are responsible for content moderation and approvals.
If Google SSO is used, you authorize us to authenticate using basic profile and email; no additional scopes without consent.
Websites: hosted, mobile‑first school sites with theme configuration and admin tools.
Admissions/enquiry: forms configurable by the School to collect applicant/parent details and documents.
Content & media: pages, news, galleries, documents, and notices published by the School.
Directories: optional staff/student directory pages may be enabled by the School; the School is responsible for appropriate consent and accuracy before publishing.
Cloud drives (optional): Schools may connect or select a Google Drive or other cloud storage folder for galleries/uploads. If a connected folder is selected for publishing, its contents (and any subsequent new files in that folder) may be rendered publicly on the School website per your configuration. The School is responsible for curating the folder and ensuring only appropriate, lawful content is made available.
Domains/DNS/SSL: free subdomain or connect a custom domain; optional assistance with DNS/SSL provisioning.
Domains (bundled): First‑year domain registration may be included in certain paid plans as specified in your plan or Order Form; inclusion is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Notifications (optional): email/SMS/WhatsApp notices for site updates or admissions acknowledgement where enabled.
Integrations (optional): analytics, maps, embeds; third‑party terms apply.
We may add or change features from time to time, as described in Section 10.
Plans: YourSchoolSite may offer free and paid plans.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
No refunds: All fees are non‑refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law once access begins or a deliverable is made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Taxes: Fees may be inclusive of taxes applicable to Wisflux in its local jurisdiction. You are responsible for other applicable taxes, duties, or charges in your jurisdiction.
Payment processors: We may use third‑party payment processors. Their terms may apply to your payment method.
Price changes: We may change prices or plan features. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice for subscription price changes; renewals after the notice period will reflect updated prices unless you cancel before renewal.
Non‑payment and suspension: If an invoice or charge remains unpaid 7 days after due date and notice, we may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment is received. We may assess late fees as permitted by law and require updated payment details to reactivate access.
App store purchases: If you purchase through a third‑party app store, billing, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the store's terms and may override these Terms for those transactions.
Invoices/receipts: Invoices and receipts display Wisflux's legal entity name and address. Line items may reference product branding (e.g., YourSchoolSite) and applicable taxes.
Subdomains: If you use our free subdomain, it remains our property; we may change naming conventions with notice. Free subdomains may be provisioned on domains we operate (for example, page.school or other Emmple‑controlled domains) at our discretion. Subdomain names are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are subject to availability, technical constraints, and policy review. We may refuse, revoke, or require a rename to address conflicts, impersonation, trademark concerns, abuse, or operational needs.
Custom domains: For custom domains, you authorize us to configure DNS or coordinate with your registrar as needed. You remain responsible for registrar fees and for sender policies (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) for email.
Email routing & forms: Deliverability may depend on third‑party providers outside our control. Forms and email routing are provided on an "as‑is" basis.
Ownership: The School retains all rights to content it uploads or publishes ("School Content").
License: The School grants Wisflux a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display School Content to operate the site and provide support; modification only for technical formatting.
Compliance: The School is solely responsible for accuracy/lawfulness of School Content, and for obtaining necessary permissions/consents, especially for student images, names, and personal information.
Cloud drives and public visibility: If the School connects a Google Drive or other cloud storage folder and selects it for galleries/uploads, the School acknowledges that files in the selected folder may become publicly visible on the School website. The School is solely responsible for the contents and permissions of such folders and for promptly removing any unlawful or offensive content. YSS (Emmple) is not responsible for content provided by the School or exposed from School‑controlled folders; however, we may remove or disable access to content or suspend integrations upon notice of alleged illegality or policy violations.
Promotion for free plans: For Schools on free plans, and where permitted by law, the School grants Wisflux permission to list the School and use publicly available website content (e.g., name, logo, published pages) in Emmple directories, showcases, and case studies to help drive traffic and admissions to the School's site. You may opt out by contacting [email protected].
Takedown: Report IP or content concerns to [email protected]. We may remove content at our discretion.
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
Cloud drive integrations must not be used to publish unlawful or offensive content. Connecting folders containing such content or permitting automatic exposure of inappropriate files violates these Terms; we may disable the integration and take appropriate action.
We may moderate or remove content or suspend/terminate access to protect users and the platform (see Section 11).
Availability: YourSchoolSite is provided on a best‑effort basis without consumer SLA commitments.
Changes: We may add, modify, or discontinue features. For material changes, we will provide notice in‑product or by email and update the "Last updated" date.
Support: We provide best‑effort email support via [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non‑payment, security risk, fraud/abuse, or as required by law. Upon termination, access ends and we may delete or deactivate data per our Privacy Policy and your instructions. Upon written request within 30 days, we can provide an export of published site content in a reasonable format.
Our IP: YourSchoolSite, including content we provide, software, and branding, is owned by Wisflux or its licensors. We grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use YourSchoolSite as permitted by these Terms and your plan.
Feedback: If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Wisflux a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to use and exploit them without obligation to you.
Branding credit: We may display a discreet "Powered by Emmple / YourSchoolSite" attribution and list your School name/logo as a customer, unless you opt out by written notice.
YourSchoolSite is provided "as‑is" and "as‑available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non‑infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisflux and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility.
Subject to the foregoing, and to the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Wisflux for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you use the Service without charge, our aggregate liability is zero (₹0).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wisflux and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against third‑party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from School Content, your configurations/integrations, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or YourSchoolSite, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to YourSchoolSite or applicable law. We will post updates here and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice in‑product or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Privacy: See the YourSchoolSite Privacy Policy for data, cookies, and rights information.
Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Wisflux for use of YourSchoolSite unless superseded by an executed Agreement.
Order of precedence: Any executed Order Form or Agreement with a School prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Notices: We may provide notices by email to your admin/billing contacts or in‑product. You are responsible for keeping contact information current. Notices are deemed delivered when sent.
Governing language: These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict, the English version controls.
Digital access: YourSchoolSite is a digital service delivered electronically. Access to paid modules/features is granted online after successful purchase or activation; no physical shipping is required for service access.
Physical items (if any): From time to time, a School may procure physical items through YourSchoolSite (e.g., printed materials) or via integrations. Such items are shipped by standard carriers; delivery estimates (if any) are provided at order time. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery by the carrier.
No returns: Physical items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable. Refunds are not provided for physical items except where required by law. For delivery issues related to Wisflux‑provided items, contact [email protected]. For items procured from third parties or vendors configured by the School, contact the vendor or your School.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, labor disputes, utility or network outages, third‑party service failures, or government actions.
